Ele.Mental Health Series (In- Person)

If life feels overwhelming, meaningless, or dull, this class provides skills, rituals, and community to help cultivate joy in your life. These rituals are not religious, complex or dogmatic, they are simply a way for us to surpass the logical, judgemental waking mind and dive into the unconcious mind and body where many of our maladaptive thoughts and behaviors reside. With a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and over a decade of movement and meditation teaching experience, you will work with Chrissie Bingham to practice weekly mindfulness, movement, and ritual using scientifically proven techniques to improve mental health.
