Omni Temple Proposal for DWP '24

The following document outlines Omni Temple’s proposal to provide DWP festivals with world class entertainment offering a variety of creative services and art installations. Pricing options are broken down into entertainment categories that can be mixed and matched depending on each event's needs:  Character Actors, VIP Entertainment, Interactive Quest & Gallery.

Omni Temple is an event production and wellness company specializing in immersive and transformational experiences. The Gallery Society is an art collective out of Metro-Detroit, Michigan that specializes in a variety of creative services for musicians, visual artists, events & brands of all kinds. Our mission is to become a catalyst for growth in the music and art community by inspiring teamwork & offering creative collaboration opportunities. We team up with artists from all across the country to provide our clients with the most professional creative services around.

Character Actors

We create immersive, interactive experience though professional character actors to deepen patron's connection to the festival's mythos and brand, making them more likely to return again and again. Characters roam in troupes of 4 performers. Each troupe has their own unique, customizable costuming, backstories and interactive styles Character actors play with patrons with a variety of props and gimmicks to give your guests a personal, magical experience. Gold package requires a 20x20 space. Gold availability is dependent on the la​ws of each festival location. Our Fire Safety Manager will work with the fire marshal to attain all permitting.

Quest

Interactive Quest

Elevate the guest experience by providing an interactive quest, encouraging participants to explore the festival grounds, interact with character actors, and immerse themselves into the mythos of your event. Attendees venture into the mythos of the festival itself, creating lasting memories, and personal connection with your brand.

Patrons begin at the Quest Home Base (open 6 hours a day). They receive a guide from the Quest Master character actors. This guide provides hints to the whereabouts of 6 clues hidden amongst the festival grounds. Guests can search for the clues any time they are on festival grounds. When all 6 clues are combined & given to the quest master, the patron receives a customizable prize; a momento of the incredible time had at your festival. The story line, clues and aesthetic of the quest are customizable for each event.

We build and manage a beautiful pallet art gallery for guests to enjoy. We can create galleries of all sizes, from large-scale outdoor galleries, to smaller indoor displays, and everything in between. We can manage the full build, all art applications, art sales, and all other aspects of a professional art gallery.

Ohio & Kentucky Festivals, Omni would hire in house, Michigan talent who would drive to the event: est $100 per performer & team member
Florida Festivals Omni would hire out local talent: est $300 flight per management + $500 material delivery, $50 per talent
California festivals Omni would hire out local talent: est $500 flight per management + $800 material delivery, $50 per talent
Travel receipts will be delivered within one week of the event
